- Hotel reservations may be made with FARE’s discounted room block using our special reservation passkey link. Booking through FARE's room block also waives the daily resort fee typically charged to hotel guests. Enjoy three swimming pools, a fitness center, spa and on-site restaurants during your stay.
- We recommend that you fly into Orlando International Airport. The Hyatt Regency Orlando concierge can arrange airport transfers to and from the hotel via MEARS shared shuttle service. The estimated cost is $20 per person for one-way or $36 per person for round trip travel. Taxis are also available from Orlando International Airport and Hyatt Regency Orlando at an estimated cost of $35 - $45 per trip.
- A hospitality suite will be available on site for conference attendees who wish to bring, store, and heat their own meals. Microwaves and refrigerators will be available in the hospitality suite.
